Half-timbered house
The living room has a beautiful wooden parquet floor. The entire house has central heating with sufficient radiators in every room. All practical items such as a vacuum cleaner and washing machine are available and can be used. We have also taken the little guests into account. The house has a crib, playpen, bath and high chair. The box and the bedstead are easy to assemble yourself. If you indicate when you make a reservation that you want to use this, then the items are ready for you.
Ground floor
On the ground floor you will find a spacious double bedroom with a beautiful white bedstead (160 x 210 cm) and a new ensuite bathroom with shower and sink (together 16m²). You reach this bedroom through the hall that also has access to the spacious living room and the toilet. The living room is spacious (32m²), sunny (light on south and west) and equipped with a modern lounge corner sofa, generous chairs and a dining set. In the living room you will also find the wide screen TV with cable, DVD player and radio / CD player. The property also has a WIFI connection for the internet. Books, DVDs and games are available for you and the children. Through the living room you enter the spacious, new kitchen, which is equipped with all conveniences and luxury. The white high-gloss kitchen with black stone top has a dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, induction hob and oven. In the sunny room with gray Portuguese floor you will find a generous corner dining set for eight people. Furthermore, the kitchen naturally has tea and coffee making facilities, a juicer and sufficient pots / pans, cutlery and crockery.
First floor
On the first floor you will find four spacious bedrooms (12 to 17m²) with three double beds (160 x 220 cm, 140 x 200 cm and 200 x 200 cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 220 cm each). There is sufficient cupboard space in the bedrooms. On this floor you will also find the second bathroom, with a spacious shower (140 x 90 cm) with a toilet and sink. The bathroom is modern with a beautiful beige tile floor and white porcelain. Two bedrooms have wooden floors and two have carpeted floors. The bedrooms all have new comforters, mattresses (covers) and pillows.
Garden
The house stands on a spacious plot with a large terrace on the southwest. There is sufficient garden furniture. From the terrace you have a wide view and you can really enjoy the hills, meadows and forests on which you have a view. The children can play well in the garden with slide and sandpit. Also for the winter there is thought of a sled.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
