Spacious garden

Ground floor

You reach the large property through your own front door (no shared entrance). Adjacent to the property is a driveway, where you can park up to three cars. The property is spacious and modern with lots of sunshine and a wonderful view over the hills and the village. The spacious living room has a large corner sofa, 3-seater sofa and a wonderful lazy armchair. You will also find a flat screen smart television with cable, DVD player and radio / CD player. The large dining room has a huge dining table of almost 4 meters! In addition, there is also an authentic German corner seat, a Chesterfield 3-seater sofa and armchair. The kitchen has a dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, induction hob and convection oven. There are also enough pots / pans, cutlery and crockery for (more than) thirteen people. There are two spacious bedrooms, one with a balcony. All single (boxspring) beds are spacious: 210x90cm. The entire house also has a WIFI connection for the internet. Books, DVDs and games are also available for you and the children! A high chair and a cot are also available and free of charge.

First floor / basement

On the first floor you will find four spacious and sunny bedrooms (12-16m2²). These bedrooms are also equipped with boxspring beds (210 x 90 cm). The third and fourth bedrooms are connected by a door. On this floor you will also find the second and third bathroom, each with a shower (100 by 80 cm) and hanging toilet and sink. The bedrooms all have duvets (140x200cm), mattresses and pillows. The washing machine and drying rack are in the basement.

Garden

The house stands on a spacious plot with terrace and garden shed on the southwest. The garden can be reached via a descending path next to the house. There is sufficient garden furniture available to sit as well as lie down (modern relax benches). From the terrace you have a beautiful view and you can really enjoy the hills, meadows and forests on which you have a view. The children can play well in the garden with fruit trees. When the fruits are ripe, delicious to pick and eat for young and old. There are cherry, apple and pear trees in the garden, but also a walnut tree.
